How to Use the Printouts
- Print the story picture pages.
- Cut out the individual pictures.
Story Retelling Activity:
- Mix up the pictures and invite your child to place them in the correct order.
- Encourage them to retell the story using the pictures as prompts.
- Ask simple questions such as, “What happens next?” or “Who is in this part of the story?”
Matching Game Activity:
- Print two copies of the picture pages.
- Cut out all the pictures and mix them up.
- Take turns turning over two cards at a time to find matching pairs.
- When a match is found, talk about that part of the story together.
These activities help develop language, memory, comprehension, and sequencing skills while making story time fun and interactive.
